1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

A return or exchange may only be accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged or leaked
  • You received the wrong product
  • The package was incomplete or faulty

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof required (clear photos/video of parcel & product)

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Product is damaged or defective on arrival
✔ Order cancelled before dispatch
✔ Out of stock items (if paid in advance)

Refunds are not applicable if:

✘ Product has been opened or used
✘ Customer changed mind after purchase
✘ Wrong order placed by customer
✘ Damage caused after delivery

  • Unboxing proof (in case of damage or wrong item)
