How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3 to 6 working days across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. A tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,000. For orders below Rs. 1,000 a flat fee of Rs. 300 applies. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All Veloréa Care products are GMP & ISO 22716 certified and PCSIR approved. We recommend a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes to your order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. Please note that if a COD order is refused at delivery, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
