Veloréa Care will exchange products if the wrong item was delivered instead of your original order.

Non-Returnable Products

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Order cancellation depends on whether the order has been dispatched or not. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
